Registration Note
- Contributions will only be published in the ICAERHS 2026 Proceedings if at least one of the authors of the paper is registered.
- It is compulsory to be registered to gain access to the conference area (as an author or as a member of the general public).

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing according to the following policy:
Cancellations received in writing by March 31, 2026 are entitled to 100% refund, less bank transfer charges;
Cancellations received in writing between April 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026 are entitled to 90% refund, less bank transfer charges;
All refunds will be made within one (1) weeks after the end of the conference. Requests submitted after this period shall not be considered. Refunds will be made by bank transfer only;
